Kay Miller

Kay Miller was once the world's #1 muffler salesperson. After college, Kay was the first woman to be hired in outside sales by Amerock, a manufacturer of builder’s cabinet hardware. After successfully growing her sales territory with Amerock, she went to work for Walker Exhaust, a division of Tenneco, and the world's largest muffler manufacturer. The Walker product line included automotive mufflers and catalytic converters. Kay’s customers were Automotive Distributors, Repair Garages and Muffler Shops across the state of Washington. Kay consistently exceeded her sales goals, and was eventually named Salesperson of the Year. She even earned a nickname: “Muffler Mama.” Kay eventually joined her husband's business, and together they’ve built a successful marketing consulting business. Kay consults, speaks and writes, specializing in teaching business owners, salespeople, and marketers how to gain an Uncopyable competitive advantage.
