The Global Service Committee provides expertise and guidance to enhance global service resources and skills by assessing and recommending programs that assist AMT members in becoming best-of-breed service organizations.
- Advocates for a mindset of excellence for customer service and satisfaction among AMT member companies with a focus on continuous improvement - Assists in developing standards for recruiting qualified candidates to the industry - Assists member companies in developing standards in service management, technical skills for installation, service and repair personnel, and "soft" skills customer service/support personnel
